Sobha Realty has announced a new real estate project on Al Siniya Island, Umm Al Quwain, in partnership with Umm Al Quwain Properties. The project aims to transform the historical pearl town into a sustainable luxury waterfront community. The agreement was signed in the presence of Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain.
Ravi Menon, Co-chairman of Sobha Group, expressed excitement about the development, highlighting the unique lifestyle it will offer residents. The project, named Sobha Siniya Island, promises a blend of luxury living within the serene natural beauty of Umm Al Quwain. It is designed to provide a peaceful environment surrounded by the Arabian Gulf’s blue waters and lush, unpolluted landscapes.
Strategically located near Al Marjan Island, the development will feature a motorable causeway bridge for easy access and facilitate marine travel along the Arabian Gulf coast.
