URB has unveiled ambitious plans for the Dubai Green Spine project, set to transform Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) into a 64-kilometer-long sustainable corridor. This initiative, developed by URB’s EPIC Lab, aligns with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and aims to revolutionize urban mobility, elevate environmental standards, and accommodate Dubai’s growing population.

- 300 Megawatts of Solar Power: Entire project supported by a substantial solar energy system.
